EYCA and the Council of Europe would like to welcome Slovakia and Azerbaijan as the new signatories to Partial Agreement on Youth Mobility through the Youth Card. Both countries joined the PA in March 2010.

The EYCA office presented the objectives of the Partial Agreement during a meeting of Slovak youth organisations hosted by IUVENTA (Slovak Youth Institute) and the Ministry of Education.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports signed the PA on behalf of Azerbaijan. Efforts are underway to launch and develop the European Youth Card in the country.
