Currently there are Members in: Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey*, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.
In total, 62 EURO<26 organisations issue cards in 42 countries. The UK has four separate EYCA member organisations (in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Belgium has two (Flemish-speaking and German-speaking), Serbia has two (Serbia and Kosovo) while in Spain the EYCA member is one organisation representing 19 autonomous regions, each of which has its own youth card organisation.
