Erasmus+ Volunteering Awards are on!

The third edition of the Erasmus+ Volunteering Awards is now open for applications!

Organised by EYCA and the European Commission, the Erasmus+ Volunteering Awards are a celebration of the achievements of young people volunteering abroad as part of an Erasmus+ or European Voluntary Service project. The Awards are a platform for young people to share their unique volunteering experience with their peers from across Europe, to inspire and encourage them to start their own volunteering adventure.

This year’s edition offers volunteers 10 amazing trips powered by EYCA member organisations and partners:

  • Barcelona, Spain - powered by EYCA
  • Dubrovnik, Croatia - powered by the Croatian Youth Hostel Association
  • Lubljana, Bled or Izola, Slovenia - powered by MOBIN
  • Malta - powered by Aġenzija Żgħażagħ
  • Palma de Mallorca, Spain - powered by the Carnet Jove of the Balearic Islands
  • Paris, France - powered by Association IJD
  • Varna, Bulgaria - powered by the National Youth Card Association
  • Zaragoza, Spain - powered by the Carne Joven Europeo of Aragon
  • 2 Interrail Passes - powered by the Eurail Group
  • A special destination the winners can choose from the European routes flown by Air Europa - powered by Air Europa.

Plus, all winners will be invited to attend the European Youth Event in Strasbourg on 1 and 2 June.

To participate, volunteers have to film a one-minute video about their volunteering experience and post it to the Awards website. Winners will be chosen by a jury of three – a representative of the European Commission, a representative of the European Youth Card Association and a former EVS volunteer. They will be looking for the videos…
