Discounts is not applicable on outpatient clinic fee, reduced/discounted prices, special package prices, professional fees, health insurance covers, cosmetic surgery interventions, lab fees, or in conjunction with any outgoing offers. Discount is applicable upon presentation of the card at the hospital/clinic reception desk upon settlement of fees; the relevant benefits will automatically apply. Failure to present the EYCA card before payment is affected will result in the forfeiture of the relevant benefits and no requests for refunds will be accepted at a later date.
